The Oakland Raiders are closing a purchase on a 62-acre stadium site in Las Vegas, Richard N. Velotta of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Financial terms were not revealed by the Raiders, but the team paid $77.5 million for the site, according to records in the Clark County Recorder’s Office, obtained by Velotta.

NFL owners approved the Raiders’ relocation from Oakland to Las Vegas with a 31-1 vote during the annual league meeting in March.

The Raiders are scheduled to play at the Oakland Coliseum for the next two years, while the stadium in Las Vegas is constructed.
